Good platform but needs better app stability
I’ve been trading on TradeZero for almost a year, mainly focusing on U.S. equities. The direct market access and zero commissions are exactly what I was looking for. However, the mobile app has crashed a few times during volatile market sessions, which is nerve-wracking when you’re trying to manage positions. I contacted support and they acknowledged the issue but I haven’t seen consistent improvements yet. Hopefully they fix it soon because otherwise the platform suits my trading style well.
Good tools with minor glitches
I like the direct market access and the advanced charting tools, but the app sometimes lags during peak hours. Customer support was helpful when I asked about order types, though. a solid platform for active traders like me.
