I’ve been trading on TradeZero for almost a year, mainly focusing on U.S. equities. The direct market access and zero commissions are exactly what I was looking for. However, the mobile app has crashed a few times during volatile market sessions, which is nerve-wracking when you’re trying to manage positions. I contacted support and they acknowledged the issue but I haven’t seen consistent improvements yet. Hopefully they fix it soon because otherwise the platform suits my trading style well.

Mixed feelings about TradeZero
I started using TradeZero six months ago because of the commission-free promise and direct market access. While the order execution is generally fast, I’ve had a few occasions where the app froze and I missed a trade. Also, the withdrawal process was slower than I expected. The customer support was polite but couldn’t speed up the payout. So, good features but some frustrating hiccups.

Decent platform with room for improvement

Great for active traders
