Mixed feelings about TradeZero
I started using TradeZero six months ago because of the commission-free promise and direct market access. While the order execution is generally fast, I’ve had a few occasions where the app froze and I missed a trade. Also, the withdrawal process was slower than I expected. The customer support was polite but couldn’t speed up the payout. So, good features but some frustrating hiccups.
