I ordered a board game and some action figures for my kids. The figures looked great and my kids loved them. Unfortunately, the board game had missing pieces, and I had to contact support to get a replacement, which took almost 10 days. Plus, the delivery was delayed by three days beyond the estimated date. It’s a shame because their selection is really good and prices are competitive. Hoping these issues get sorted out soon.
