Good experience overall
I booked a caterer through Thumbtack for a small event and was pleased with how easy it was to compare options. The profiles had plenty of photos and reviews which helped me decide. The caterer was professional and the food was delicious. Only minor hiccup was a delayed response from support when I had a question, but it was resolved quickly.

Mostly good but a bit confusing
Thumbtack helped me find a handy man, but the quoting process was a little confusing at first. Some professionals didn’t update their prices so I had to ask twice. Still, I found a good guy who fixed my door quickly and the reviews helped a lot.
