I’ve been using Three for about half a year now. Mostly love the coverage outside the city, 4G speeds hold up well. However, the app occasionally crashes when I try to top up or check my usage which gets annoying. Customer support helped me resolve it quickly last time, but still wish the app was smoother.

Switched from another provider because Three promised better 5G coverage and so far it’s mostly true. Signal strength at work is solid, which makes conference calls easier. The only hiccup was when my data got throttled unexpectedly near the end of the month without clear explanation. Support took a bit longer than I hoped to respond but finally clarified my billing. a decent tradeoff for better speeds and solid network.
