Helpful but some tech hiccups
I signed up for Teladoc because I wanted a quick way to get medical advice for my kids without driving around town. The first consultation went really well, the pediatrician was patient and answered all my questions clearly. However, during my second session, the video call kept freezing and I had to switch to a phone call, which was less convenient. Also, the app's message feature sometimes lags, so follow-ups aren't always instant. I think it's a great tool for routine concerns but could improve its tech reliability for a smoother experience.
