Inconsistent Transfer Speeds and Support Issues
I’ve used Taptap Send a few times to send money to family in Senegal. Sometimes the money arrives in under an hour, but other times it takes over a day, which is really frustrating when they need cash urgently. I also had trouble with their chat support; responses were slow and didn’t always solve my issue about updating my bank info. I’m not sure if I’ll keep using them regularly because of these inconsistencies.
