Mostly solid, just one hiccup
I like ordering on Swiggy because they have a huge selection of local places you don’t find on other apps. The app notifications keep me updated well, which is great. Once, my order got delayed by 15 minutes during peak hours but customer support apologized quickly and offered a partial refund. That little glitch aside, my meals usually arrive hot and fresh. I’ll keep ordering here for sure.
