Pretty good overall
Steam is mostly great, but I wish they had better community moderation. Sometimes you see really toxic comments in game forums, and it can ruin the experience.

Great but room for improvement
Steam is solid for the most part, but sometimes the download speeds can be a bit slow. Also, I wish the interface was more user-friendly, especially for new users.
