Login issues are frustrating

Excellent gameplay and community support

Solid game collection but store UI could improve
Enjoying the range of Bethesda games on the platform, especially the Fallout series. However, I find the store interface a bit cluttered when trying to find sales or new releases. Also, the chat support took longer than expected to respond last time I needed help with a purchase error.

Great games, minor site glitches
I love the new Fallout DLC and the storyline is captivating as always. The bethesda.net launcher sometimes crashes on startup which is annoying but support was quick to respond and helped me fix it. Hoping they patch these bugs soon.

Great games but support a bit slow

Good games but launcher can be buggy
I enjoy Bethesda’s games a lot, especially their open-world designs. But sometimes the bethesda.net launcher freezes during updates, which is frustrating when I’m eager to jump into a new game session. Support eventually sorted it out after a ticket, but I wish it was more stable overall.
