Refund issues!
I tried to get a refund on a game I didn't like, but the process was a nightmare. It took forever to get a response from support and in the end, I didn't even get my money back. So frustrated!

I've been using Steam for about three years now and it's been great. The cloud saves feature is a lifesaver, especially when I switch between my laptop and desktop.
