Decent but room for improvement
Ordered a vanilla latte with a croissant for brunch. The coffee was on point but the croissant was a bit stale. Delivery took about 30 minutes which is okay but could be faster.

Good service with minor packaging issues
I like ordering Starbucks delivery for my morning boosts. The coffee is fresh but once the croissant was slightly crushed in the bag, which was a bummer. Support was quick to respond though.

Nice variety of drinks
The menu options on delivery are great and I get my latte quick. Just wish the app showed more accurate estimated arrival times.

Consistent taste but some delays
I use Starbucks delivery mostly on busy mornings. The coffee taste never disappoints but once or twice the delivery was 15 minutes late, which threw off my schedule a bit.

Solid but not perfect
I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a breakfast sandwich last week. The drink was perfect but the sandwich was a bit soggy by the time it arrived. Still, the driver was friendly and the order correct.

Mostly great but delivery was slow
I love ordering my usual caramel macchiato and a croissant from Starbucks through their delivery service, but last week it took over 50 minutes to arrive. The app says delivery usually takes 30 minutes, so I was a bit bummed since I needed a quick pick-me-up before a meeting. The drink was still warm and tasted perfect, which made up for some of the wait. I also appreciate that the driver called when they were close, so I didn't have to keep checking the app.
