Billing was confusing

Charges weren’t what I expected.

Mostly good but spotty coverage

I've been with Sprint for about 8 months now and generally their pricing is pretty competitive, especially for unlimited data plans. The app for managing my account is okay, though it sometimes crashes when I try to check my data usage. What really bugs me is the inconsistent coverage in some parts of Denver calls drop randomly and data speeds slow down during peak hours. Customer service was helpful when I called about a billing issue, so that was a plus.

Good coverage, average speeds

Sprint’s network covers my commute well so I can make calls and texts without hassle. The data speed is okay but not great for heavy browsing. Considering upgrading my plan soon.

Customer support mostly helpful

Had to change my plan recently and Sprint’s chat support helped me find a better deal. The process took longer than I wanted but the rep was patient and explained all the options clearly.

Decent service, slow data at times

The network is reliable for calls and texts, which I need the most for work. But the data speed especially during peak hours slows down quite a bit. I use Sprint mainly for voice and messaging so it’s acceptable, but if you stream a lot it can be frustrating.

Frustrating experience with support and delays

I ordered a new SIM card online and it took almost two weeks to arrive, which delayed my switch from another carrier. Then when I activated it, my number didn’t port correctly for days, so I missed important calls. I reached out to their support and they kept promising a fix but nothing happened quickly. Also, their app kept logging me out randomly. After all that, I’m still hoping the network itself will be worth the hassle because the pricing is competitive.

Good plan but billing issues

I like Sprint's unlimited data option and the coverage in Denver is solid. However, the last two months my bill had unexpected charges and I had to spend hours on the phone with support to sort it out. The reps were polite but kept transferring me around which was annoying. Hoping this gets fixed soon because I really want to stick with them.
