Good overall but app glitches
Had a decent flight but the Southwest app kept crashing when I tried to check in. Had to use the kiosk at the airport which delayed me a bit. Other than that, the flight was smooth and on time.

Good experience but baggage took forever
My flight itself was smooth and the staff friendly, but I waited nearly 40 minutes for my checked bag at Houston. That was frustrating, especially after a long day traveling. Wish they could speed up baggage handling a bit.
