I’ve rented from Sixt a few times now and the cars are always in great shape. However, their app could use improvement it crashed twice while I was trying to extend my rental. Customer service eventually helped me sort it out but it took longer than expected. Other than that, the pickup was easy and the staff were polite. Hope the app gets updated soon because otherwise I’m happy with Sixt.
