Good platform, some syncing issues
ShipStation is my go-to for managing shipments across different marketplaces. It supports all the major carriers I use, which is great. However, sometimes orders don’t sync properly from Shopify which caused delays in shipping. I had to manually refresh the dashboard a few times. Customer support was responsive and helped me set up better automation rules, which improved my workflow. I hope future updates fix these syncing bugs.

Useful but with quirks
Been using ShipStation for about 8 months now. The integration with USPS and FedEx is smooth most times, but I noticed that batch processing can freeze randomly during peak hours. I contacted support twice and while they were polite, it took a few days to get a solution. The automation rules help reduce manual work, but setting them up took longer than expected. still better than my previous shipping software.

Mostly smooth but glitches

Convenient but some delays
I manage orders from Etsy and Shopify here. Label printing speed is great but the occasional delay in syncing orders is frustrating. Customer service was helpful though, which saved me.
