Integration with carriers works fine but tracking updates are delayed often. Wish the UI was more intuitive.

Mixed feelings overall
I like how ShipStation handles multi-channel orders, but the automation rules are confusing to set up. Support was okay but took a while to respond. The dashboard could be less cluttered.
