I really like the hotel selections and prices, but the app crashed twice while I was trying to complete payment. Support was responsive, so that helped a bit. Still, I wish the mobile experience was smoother because I usually book on the go.

Booked a luxury hotel package through Secret Escapes last month and got a great price that was way below other sites. The site was easy to navigate, but I had a bit of trouble with the payment confirmation email taking almost a day to arrive which stressed me out. Customer support was helpful though once I reached them, so overall pretty satisfied with the deal.
