Mixed feelings about cancellations
Got a great deal on a hotel in Mexico, but the cancellation process was a bit of a headache. Support took a couple of days to respond, which stressed me out since plans changed last minute. Booking was fine and prices were good though, so I’m torn on recommending them fully.
