Nice app but needs better order tracking
smooth usually gets my orders right and the food is tasty. The app is generally easy to use but I wish the order tracking was more accurate. Last time, it said my food was out for delivery for almost 40 minutes before it actually showed up. That was frustrating since I was waiting on a tight schedule. Support was polite but couldn’t do much about it. Still, I’ll keep using it because the restaurant options are great and delivery drivers are friendly.
Convenient but minor app glitches
I use smooth almost every week because it’s so convenient to have food delivered after work. The app sometimes glitches when I try to add special instructions, which can be annoying. However, the drivers are usually quick and the food arrives hot. Just wish the app was a bit more stable.
Mostly good but some delays
I ordered from smooth twice last week and the food was great both times, especially the sushi from that new place downtown. However, one of my deliveries came about 20 minutes late which was annoying since I was starving after work. The app is easy to use and the order tracking is helpful, so I’ll probably keep using it but hope they improve the delivery times a bit.
