Good variety but delivery delayed
They have tons of trendy stuff and I liked their range of shoes. However, my order came 5 days late without updates, which was annoying. Still, the refund for shipping delay was appreciated.

Great styles but sizing off
Found some really cute tops here. The only issue was that the sizing chart wasn’t accurate for me, had to return one piece. Customer service handled it well though.

Great picks but delivery mix-up
Ordered a jacket and a top for a trip. The jacket arrived on time but the top got delayed by a week without any heads-up. Customer service apologized and gave me store credit, so that helped a bit. Still, I’d expect better communication.

Returns could be easier
Loved the dress I ordered but returning a blouse was a hassle. The return label took two days to arrive and the process wasn’t very clear. Support was polite but slow to respond.
