Reliable shoes but customer service lagged
I bought their latest running shoes to train for a marathon and they performed well in terms of comfort and support over long distances. Unfortunately, when I tried to get advice on sizing for another pair, the customer support chat took too long to respond and I had to figure it out myself. Still, the product quality met my expectations so I’ll probably order again but would prefer faster help next time.

Decent sportswear with minor flaws
Picked up a few items for gym and casual wear. The t-shirts and shorts fit well and the fabric breathes nicely during workouts. One shirt however had a slight manufacturing defect near the seam, which was disappointing. Customer support was helpful and offered a partial refund. I’ll keep buying but hope for better quality control next time.

Not quite what I expected
Bought the cross-training shoes for gym sessions but they started showing wear on the sole after just a month. I use them about 3-4 times a week, so I guess I expected better durability. The design and comfort are decent, but the quality worries me. I might give their other models a try before committing again.

Good quality but watch out for sizing
I’ve ordered Reebok shoes a couple of times now. The quality is solid, the soles hold up well even after frequent basketball games. Just a heads-up the sizing can be inconsistent between models, so I recommend trying them on if possible or checking reviews before buying. they last long and feel comfortable on the court.

Sizing was all over the place
I ordered a pair of running shoes and a hoodie during their last sale, but the sizing was really inconsistent. The shoes felt too tight even though I chose my usual size, and the hoodie was huge on me. Tried to return the hoodie but the process was confusing and took over a week to get confirmation. Support was slow to respond, so it was kind of a hassle overall.

Comfortable but the return was complicated
I loved the performance leggings I bought, the fabric is super soft and breathable which helped me during my yoga sessions. However, the first pair I ordered had a small defect in stitching, and getting a replacement took over two weeks because the online process was confusing. Once sorted, the customer service was polite but it definitely delayed my workout plans.
