Nice clothes but returns were tricky
I ordered a few dresses online and was impressed by the fabric quality and design. Sadly, one dress didn’t fit well so I tried to return it. The return process was a bit confusing and took longer than expected. After a couple of calls, my refund finally came through. I hope they improve that part.

Stylish fits but pricey
I enjoy the timeless designs Ralph Lauren offers, especially their polos and knitwear. The fit is usually great for me but the prices are a bit high compared to other brands I like. Still, the quality justifies the cost in my opinion.

Mostly happy, but delivery delay

Good brand, but website glitches
I like Ralph Lauren's classic style and bought a jacket during their sale. The quality is spot on, but the website kept freezing when I tried to add items to my cart. It took several tries to place my order, which was frustrating. Customer service was helpful once I contacted them though.

Great quality but slow delivery
Ordered a polo shirt for my brother's birthday and it took almost two weeks to arrive. The shirt itself is super comfy and the logo stitching is neat. Would have been perfect if delivery was quicker.
