Mixed experience with food and timing
The flight was fine but the meal options were limited and not very tasty. Also, boarding started quite late, which made the whole process sluggish. On the upside, the cabin crew was polite and attentive throughout the journey.

Good flight but ticketing issues
I booked online and the seat selection was confusing, ended up with a middle seat instead of aisle. The flight itself was comfortable and the staff friendly, but sorting out the ticket was a hassle. Took extra time to confirm everything before departure. Would appreciate a clearer interface for online bookings.

Booking glitch caused stress

Booking hassle but good flight
I tried booking my ticket on their website twice because the payment didn’t go through the first time. It was frustrating, and I almost gave up. Finally got through after contacting their support chat, which was responsive. The flight itself was really comfortable and the food served was surprisingly good. Overall the in-flight experience was pleasant, just the start was unnecessarily complicated.
