Nice crew and good amenities
Flew from Dubai to London and found the crew very welcoming. The in-flight Wi-Fi worked well, and I liked the entertainment variety. Small hiccup with seat recline mechanism but nothing major.

Lost my luggage, no help

Great service, slight delay
Flight was excellent with great in-flight meals and entertainment options. However, the departure got delayed by 45 minutes which was annoying. Otherwise, the crew was very helpful and friendly.

Mixed experience with food and timing

Smooth and comfy flight

Booking hassle but good flight
I tried booking my ticket on their website twice because the payment didn’t go through the first time. It was frustrating, and I almost gave up. Finally got through after contacting their support chat, which was responsive. The flight itself was really comfortable and the food served was surprisingly good. Overall the in-flight experience was pleasant, just the start was unnecessarily complicated.
