Not satisfied with material quality
I ordered two pairs of Puma socks and the material felt rough right after first wash. Also the sizes were inconsistent between pairs, which was annoying. Expected better for the price I paid.

Disappointed with order delay
Placed an order for workout gear in March and it took over three weeks to arrive, way past the estimated delivery date. Customer service was slow to respond and not very helpful. When the package finally came, one item was missing so I had to request a refund.

Colors faded quick
Bought a pair of sneakers and after just a month the colors started fading. Not what I expected from Puma, especially since I was careful with washing. Disappointed with the quality for the price.

Good style, comfy fit
I grabbed the new Puma casual sneakers last month. The style is fresh and I get compliments all the time. They’re pretty comfortable for daily wear but the sole cushioning could be a bit better for longer walks.

Nice shoes but pricey
Love the look of the Puma suede sneakers I bought. Just wish they were a little cheaper considering the wear after a couple months.

Stylish but uncomfortable sneakers
I ordered Puma’s latest sneakers hoping for something both trendy and comfy. They look great but after wearing them a few hours my feet hurt a lot. The cushioning is too thin and the shoes feel stiff. Not what I expected from a brand known for sportswear.

Generally happy with purchase
Bought a Puma hoodie and it’s really soft and fits well. Only thing is the zipper feels a bit cheap, but I’m still happy overall.
