Smooth experience with minor delays
Browsed for weeks and the site never crashed, the neighborhood info is quite helpful. The one thing though is photo uploads can be slow which made deciding a bit harder.

Support lacking during issues
Had trouble contacting property owners through the platform, support chat was slow to reply and sometimes unhelpful. It made the renting process frustrating when trying to clarify contract details. I ended up switching to a local agent instead.
