I’ve shopped at PrettyLittleThing a few times and honestly, it’s been hit or miss. My last order took over a week to arrive, and when it did, one of the tops was the wrong size. I contacted support to fix it, but the process was a bit slow. I appreciate their styles but I think they need to work on their accuracy and shipping times if they want to keep me coming back.

My overall experience with PrettyLittleThing has been decent. I bought a couple of shirts and one of them didn’t fit well, while the other was actually pretty nice. Sometimes the sizing seems off, but I like their styles too much to stop shopping here. Would be great if they could improve their sizing descriptions.

I ordered a couple of dresses from PrettyLittleThing for a weekend trip and while they looked great on the site, the quality wasn’t what I expected. One of the dresses arrived with a small tear at the seam, which was super disappointing. The fit was okay, but I’ve had better experiences with other brands. I reached out to customer service, and they were helpful in offering a return, but I think I’ll look elsewhere next time.
