Nice style but slow shipping
I ordered a jacket for spring but it took almost two weeks to arrive. The jacket itself is beautiful and fits well. Wish shipping was quicker though.

I ordered the Prada Cahier bag for a special event. The bag itself is stunning and the craftsmanship is top-notch. However, the delivery was delayed by a week without updates, which was frustrating as I needed it on time. Support replied only after multiple emails, so that part could be improved.
