Stylish and comfortable living room set
We bought a sectional sofa and matching throw pillows for our living room a few months ago. The style is exactly what we were looking for modern with a cozy feel. The cushions are super comfy and hold their shape well after daily use by the whole family. Assembly was straightforward, and the delivery guys were very careful with the setup. The only downside was a minor scratch on one armrest, but customer service promptly sent a replacement cover, so overall really happy.
Decent products, shipping is slow
The couch I ordered looks great and feels comfortable, but it took almost two weeks longer to arrive than they initially said. I called customer support and they couldn’t give me a clear answer about the delay. Not a huge deal but kinda disappointing when you’re waiting for a big item like that. I’d use Pottery Barn again but would order way ahead of time.

Mixed experience with outdoor furniture
I bought an outdoor set for my patio and it looked great at first. After just a month, some of the cushions started fading more than I expected. The frame is solid though and the ordering was easy. Support took a while to reply when I asked about replacement covers, which was annoying. I might try to find covers elsewhere next time.
Not impressed with returns
Tried returning a rug that didn’t match my room at all. The process was kinda confusing and took way longer than I expected. The refund finally showed up but I won’t be ordering anything that’s not 100% sure next time.
