I bought an outdoor set for my patio and it looked great at first. After just a month, some of the cushions started fading more than I expected. The frame is solid though and the ordering was easy. Support took a while to reply when I asked about replacement covers, which was annoying. I might try to find covers elsewhere next time.

However, one recent order arrived with a small chip on a ceramic vase which seemed like packaging wasn’t quite protective enough. Support was quick to respond and offered a refund, so that was appreciated. I’d still recommend Pottery Barn for their style and product range but hope they step up on packaging for fragile items.
