Convenient but some glitches
I like how easy it is to find what I want on Postmates and the checkout process is pretty smooth. Last time though, the app froze right after I paid, and I had to restart it to confirm the order. Delivery was on time and the food was spot on, but hoping they fix this bug soon since it’s a bit nerve-wracking.

Great service overall
I’ve been using Postmates for months now and it’s been mostly great. The drivers tend to be prompt and the app’s tracking feature helps me know exactly when my food will arrive. I did have one occasion where my order was delayed due to heavy traffic, but customer support was responsive and kept me in the loop.
