Mostly solid with minor issues
My experience with PIA has been mostly positive. The encryption is strong and I appreciate the no-log policy. However, the mobile app sometimes lags, which can be frustrating when I’m on the go. Customer service has been responsive though.

Effective and easy to use
I mainly use PIA for securing my public Wi-Fi connections and it does the job well. The app is straightforward and the kill switch feature gives me peace of mind. My favorite part is the steady speeds even during peak hours.

Good service but some glitches
PIA generally works well for privacy and bypassing geo-blocks, but sometimes the connection drops unexpectedly. The support team was helpful, though it took a while to get a reply. Still, I’d say it’s worth it if you want decent VPN protection.
