The VPN service is okay for basic privacy needs but sometimes the IP leaks during switching servers. Also, I noticed the app can be slow to reconnect after a disconnect. Support was polite but couldn’t fully resolve my issue.

I tried PIA because of its reputation but ended up pretty disappointed. The VPN kept dropping randomly and I lost some sensitive downloads halfway. Also, switching servers was slow and sometimes the app froze during the process.

I like that PIA offers a ton of server options and good speeds for browsing. On the downside, the desktop client crashed on me twice last month and I had to restart it. So I’m somewhat torn between convenience and reliability.
