Mixed experiences but overall okay
I ordered parcel delivery twice through Parcel2Go last year. The first time it was smooth: the courier showed up on time and the parcel reached Germany without issues. The second time, my parcel was delayed two days due to a courier mishap, and customer support was a bit slow to respond. After a few calls, they resolved it and provided a partial refund. I like that they offer a wide range of couriers to compare prices, but I think support could be more proactive to build trust.
