I’ve been using Parcel2Go for a few months to send gifts overseas. The main site and app are pretty user-friendly and the cost is lower than some couriers I tried before. One time, an assigned courier was late to pick up my parcel which caused a day’s delay. Support apologized and arranged a new pickup quickly but it threw off my plans. Apart from that, the delivery times have been consistent and the packaging guidelines helped avoid damage. I’d recommend them especially if you’re flexible with timing.
