Reliable but not perfect
Panera’s food delivery is usually spot on with freshness and taste, which I appreciate since I order mostly for my family. The last time I ordered their new flatbread sandwich combo it was delicious but the delivery came 10 minutes later than promised. Not a big deal really but I’m picky about timing when feeding kids. Customer support was responsive when I mentioned it, so that helped smooth things over.

Good food but delivery timing frustrating
I tried Panera delivery recently for a busy workday lunch. The ordering website was straightforward and I appreciated the variety of fresh bakery items. However, my order arrived about 20 minutes late which threw off my schedule. Also, my coffee came lukewarm, which was disappointing. I’ll probably order again because the food quality is solid, but the delivery timing needs to be more reliable.

Fresh food but delivery could improve
I like using panerabread.com for quick meals since their menu is varied and healthy. On my last two orders, the food was definitely fresh, but the delivery drivers seemed a bit rushed and one order arrived with the soup spilled over. It’s a minor complaint, but I hope they handle packaging better next time.

Great meal options, slight delivery delay
I use panerabread.com regularly for convenient lunch deliveries at work. The menu has plenty of fresh options, including vegan and low-calorie picks. I did notice on my last two orders the delivery times were a bit longer than the estimates provided which was annoying during a busy day. Still, the food quality and order accuracy have been excellent, so I’m sticking with them for now.

Consistently good delivery experience

Good, but delivery was slow
Ordered lunch for work from panerabread.com and it took almost 45 minutes to arrive, which was longer than quoted. The food itself was fresh and tasty, especially the avocado chicken sandwich. Just wish the delivery time was quicker.

Decent but some issues with order accuracy and wait
Last week I ordered a full meal for a family dinner through panerabread.com. The order arrived about 30 minutes later than the estimated window, which was a bit inconvenient since we had guests waiting. Also, one of the sandwiches was missing, and although customer service responded, it took a while to get the missing item credited back to me. The food itself was great, especially the soup and salad combo we chose fresh and flavorful as always. I just hope they can improve the order accuracy and speed for future deliveries.
