Good products but slow delivery
I like the variety on Otto, found good deals on electronics. However, my last order took almost two weeks to arrive, which was annoying since I needed it sooner.

User-friendly site but issues with parcel
The website is easy to use and offers lots of product info. Unfortunately, my last parcel was delayed and arrived with a broken item inside. Support was quick to respond but the process to get a replacement is still ongoing, which is a bit annoying.

Nice selection, app could improve
Love the range of products available here and the reviews help a lot. Still, the mobile app crashes sometimes which makes browsing frustrating. Hope they fix that soon.

Mostly good but slow delivery
I ordered a few home decor items last month and the selection on Otto is really broad, which I love. The checkout process was smooth and their app is easy to navigate. However, my package arrived about three days later than expected, which was a bit annoying since I needed the items for a weekend event. Customer support was polite but didn’t offer much help besides standard apologies. Still, I'm likely to shop again because of their variety and decent prices.
