Good products but slow delivery

User-friendly site but issues with parcel
The website is easy to use and offers lots of product info. Unfortunately, my last parcel was delayed and arrived with a broken item inside. Support was quick to respond but the process to get a replacement is still ongoing, which is a bit annoying.

Disappointed with damaged goods
Received a damaged TV set and the return process is a nightmare. Customer service isn't very helpful and I’m stuck waiting for a refund that might take weeks. Definitely not what I expected from a major retailer like Otto.

Great experience overall

Long wait but worth it for quality
I ordered a designer lamp that was backordered for about three weeks. It was frustrating waiting but the lamp is gorgeous and exactly as shown online. The packaging was very secure, no damage at all. I guess patience pays off with some of the higher-end items here. Definitely will check stock dates next time though to avoid surprises.
