Confusing licensing and setup delays

We've tried using Oracle's cloud platform for our mid-size company but faced a bunch of issues right off the bat. The licensing terms were hard to navigate and we had to get legal involved just to understand fees properly. Then the initial deployment took longer than promised because the integrations with existing software weren’t as smooth as we hoped. Our IT team was constantly troubleshooting connectivity bottlenecks during data syncs which was a huge headache. Also, the pricing model made it tough to scale without surprise fees cropping up. I get that enterprise software is complex but Oracle felt more complicated than necessary. Currently exploring alternatives but might revisit if they simplify the process.
