Strong database with room to improve
I appreciate Oracle’s database scalability and solid security features, which are key for our firm. However, the cloud platform’s interface can be non-intuitive at times, especially when managing resources across multiple regions. The mobile app support could also use enhancements. Still, their data backup and recovery options saved us during a server failure last quarter, so that really matters.
Complex but powerful if you invest time
I've been managing Oracle's database systems for over a year now, and honestly, it's a mixed bag. The software is extremely powerful and handles large datasets like a champ, but the learning curve is steep. Our team had to spend weeks training and customizing scripts to optimize performance. One time, updates caused a temporary hiccup in data replication but support resolved it after a couple of days. if you have the resources to invest, Oracle’s offerings can really transform enterprise data management, but it’s not plug-and-play by any means.
Oracle support came through
Had a licensing issue that was frustrating at first. But the customer service team got back to me quickly and sorted it out within two days. Appreciate their responsiveness.
Good but pricey
Support is fine, though costs feel a bit steep.
Very efficient platform
Oracle’s ERP software runs very smoothly on our systems.
Confusing licensing and setup delays
We've tried using Oracle's cloud platform for our mid-size company but faced a bunch of issues right off the bat. The licensing terms were hard to navigate and we had to get legal involved just to understand fees properly. Then the initial deployment took longer than promised because the integrations with existing software weren’t as smooth as we hoped. Our IT team was constantly troubleshooting connectivity bottlenecks during data syncs which was a huge headache. Also, the pricing model made it tough to scale without surprise fees cropping up. I get that enterprise software is complex but Oracle felt more complicated than necessary. Currently exploring alternatives but might revisit if they simplify the process.
Mostly solid with minor quirks
I've been using Oracle Cloud services for about six months now. The database management is reliable, but sometimes the UI feels a bit outdated. Support was helpful though, especially when I needed guidance on API integrations.
Feature-rich and stable
Using Oracle’s database services for over two years has been a smooth experience. The cloud infrastructure uptime is impressive and performance during peak loads hasn’t faltered. I also like the recent updates adding AI analytics tools into their platform which gave us better insights. Deployment was straightforward thanks to detailed documentation and occasional webinars. they cover all our enterprise needs well.
Reliable cloud solutions
We migrated our entire CRM to Oracle Cloud last year and haven’t looked back. The data sync is consistent and downtime minimal. Support helped us configure custom workflows which boosted productivity significantly.
Good but can improve
Nice features, but setup was a bit confusing.
Powerful tools, occasional snags
Oracle’s software offers great adaptability, especially their cloud ERP modules. Sometimes the interface lags and I noticed occasional glitches in the reporting dashboards which slowed me down. Customer support was generally helpful but not always immediately available. Given the complexity of our environment, small hitches are understandable, but faster responses would be welcome.
