Mostly happy with the site
I've been looking around for months and OnTheMarket has been solid for me. The search options are pretty full and the saved searches feature is actually useful. Wish the app was a bit more responsive on my phone but it's not a dealbreaker.

Smooth experience with helpful alerts
OnTheMarket helped me catch a great deal on a three-bedroom house that just came on the market. I liked how their alert system notified me immediately after new listings matching my criteria appeared. The site loads fast and was easy to navigate on my phone too. Only minor gripe is the map view sometimes glitches, but overall very pleased.

Mixed feelings about the listings
I tried looking for rental properties here and found some options that seemed promising at first. The photos were decent, but a few listings turned out to be outdated when I contacted agents, which was frustrating. It's useful but you have to double-check everything.

Nice platform but some outdated listings
I appreciate the detailed filters and photos, made browsing comfy. However, I stumbled upon a few properties that were no longer available which was a bit annoying. They should check listings more often. Still found a place I liked though.

Useful but needs better updates
The platform offers a good range of properties and the search filters are well thought out. I did notice some listings stayed active long after they were sold which threw off my planning a bit. It would be great if they could improve how quickly listings are updated to save users from chasing dead leads.

Good selection, decent interface
I liked how I could filter by property type and price easily. The listings were updated regularly which saved me time. Only issue was a couple of listings that were already sold but still visible.

Helpful but some glitches
I was searching for rental properties for my relocation and OnTheMarket had a lot of options. The map view was handy but it sometimes wouldn’t load completely, which got frustrating. Customer service replied quickly when I asked about a listing. I did end up finding a decent flat through here, so overall positive.

Good site but search filters could improve
I found a nice flat through OnTheMarket last month, and the listings were mostly accurate. However, the search filters sometimes felt limited, especially when I wanted to sort by schools nearby. Still, it was easier to use than some other sites I've tried.

Good for comparing prices
I used OnTheMarket to research housing prices before buying. The data seemed accurate and the neighborhood guides were a nice bonus. Some listings took a while to update their status though which caused minor confusion. Still, it helped me get a solid grip on the market.
