Great food but delivery timing off
I love how Ollie tailors meals to Max's allergies and dietary needs, it's been a big help. However, the delivery was late twice last month which was a bit frustrating since the food is fresh and needs to be refrigerated promptly. Support was responsive though, so that's a plus.

Good quality, delivery could improve
The food tastes like it's made with care, and my pup seems to enjoy it a lot. I just wish the courier was a bit more careful; the last box arrived a bit squished. Otherwise, the subscription management online is easy to handle, and I appreciate the ingredient transparency.
