Disappointed and frustrated with shipping delays and food quality
I wanted to love Ollie since the idea of fresh, personalized dog food sounded perfect for my bulldog who has allergies. But after ordering twice, the delivery was late both times and one package arrived warm instead of chilled, which made me worry about freshness. Also, the pieces were smaller than expected and my dog barely touched the meal the second time. Customer support took days to reply without helpful solutions. it feels like they don’t prioritize quality control or customer experience, which is disappointing given the price.

I ordered Ollie's dog meals because my vet recommended fresh food for Charlie's digestion issues. The meals are fresh and well-made but I've had multiple deliveries arrive later than promised, which is a problem since the food spoils quickly. Also, switching meal plans is a bit confusing on their website. Support answered my questions but didn't really resolve the issues, so I'm still undecided if I'll keep the subscription.
