Ollie’s meals are fresh and tailored, which is great, but the app sometimes freezes when I try to update my dog’s preferences. The delivery was timely but the packaging could be sturdier to prevent leaks. Hoping they fix these glitches soon because the food itself is solid.

Good food but delivery timing off
I like that Ollie customizes meals for my pup's allergies but the delivery was late twice this month. That threw off our schedule a bit. Otherwise, the food looks fresh and my dog eats it happily.

Mixed feelings about Ollie
I ordered Ollie's dog meals because my vet recommended fresh food for Charlie's digestion issues. The meals are fresh and well-made but I've had multiple deliveries arrive later than promised, which is a problem since the food spoils quickly. Also, switching meal plans is a bit confusing on their website. Support answered my questions but didn't really resolve the issues, so I'm still undecided if I'll keep the subscription.
