Plans are okay but prices rising
I like O2’s flexible contract options but lately the monthly fees went up, which is a bummer. Still stay because coverage is reliable though.

Decent coverage but spotty indoors
Outside the city, O2’s signal is great. However, inside some buildings the connection gets weak which is annoying when I’m working from home a lot now.

Dropped calls in busy areas
Love their customer service but hate how calls drop when I’m in crowded places like the market. Needs improvement on network capacity.
