Good but occasional VPN glitches
I rely on Norton for both identity theft protection and VPN, and it mostly does its job well. The antivirus scans are thorough, though the VPN does drop unexpectedly sometimes, especially when switching networks. Customer support helped once, but their response time could be quicker.

Decent protection, room for improvement
Norton’s antivirus has saved me a couple of times from nasty malware, and the VPN is okay for casual browsing. However, I noticed that during peak hours the VPN slows down quite a bit, which is frustrating when I'm trying to work remotely. Also, customer support took nearly two days to respond to my request about subscription renewal issues. I hope they improve their support turnaround and optimize the VPN speeds soon.

Good service but app needs polish
The VPN connection is stable and the antivirus catches threats quickly, but the app interface feels a bit outdated and sometimes lags on my Android device.

Very pleased with security features
I upgraded to Norton’s full security suite after a friend’s computer got infected. The antivirus caught a trojan on my laptop within hours of installation, and the VPN keeps my browsing private on public WiFi. Their identity theft alerts help me monitor any suspicious activity on my accounts. The only tiny drawback is that I wish the app provided more detailed reports on blocked threats, but that’s just a minor thing. it’s worth every penny for peace of mind.
