Unreliable VPN connection lately

Started strong but last month the VPN often disconnects, especially when I switch networks. I contacted support twice but the fixes were temporary. It’s a pain when I’m traveling and need constant protection. Hoping they patch this soon because I liked the service before.

VPN speeds are inconsistent

Sometimes the VPN drops mid-session, which is annoying when I'm on calls.

Mixed feelings about Norton VPN

I like the malware protection which is solid, but the VPN app on my phone crashes a lot. Also, setting up the kill switch took me a while, not very intuitive.
