Mostly reliable, minor delays
I used Northwest Registered Agent for forming my LLC last year and their help with the paperwork was solid. The process was pretty straightforward, and I appreciated that they handled the state correspondence for me, which saved a ton of hassle. However, the one thing that threw me off was the slight delay in updating my registered agent status with the state they said it would take a few days but it stretched closer to two weeks. Still, their customer support was responsive when I reached out. I’d use them again but hope for quicker processing next time.
Good service with minor hiccup
I’ve been using Northwest for my startup’s legal documents. The setup was fast and the registered agent service reliable. One thing though: I had a slight delay getting a certificate of good standing because of a holiday, but they kept me informed. pretty solid.
